Yarmouth Boats are built by the Fisher Boat Company, part of the World Marine Partnership, a family business based in Chichester, West Sussex, headed by senior partner, Roger Barrow.

The hull and deck moulding together with the beautiful woodwork is completed under licence by Neil Marine in Sri Lanka, Asia’s largest and most successful boat builder. Supervised, at all stages of build, fitted out and commissioned by the team at Fisher Boat Company.


Neil Marine’s reputation is derived from advanced technology, skilled craftsmanship and  competitive pricing. Neil Marine's production process had been approved by Lloyds & Detnorske Veritas, and in the year 2006 accredited by ISO 9001 – 2000 for its highest quality.

Wyatt and Freeman
Gordon Wyatt and David Freeman are perhaps best known for their 'Fisher' range of cruising yachts. Lesser known in yachting circles is the high reputation they enjoy in the commercial market where hundreds of boats built to their designs operate throughout the world. Many of these have to work in weather conditions the average yachtsman wisely does his best to avoid.
Naval architects Wyatt and Freeman were trained in the ship-building industry where they met and worked together for a number of years before concentrating on yacht design. Their belief that a serious cruising yacht should tend towards a scaled-down ship rather than a blown-up dinghy is reflected in the Fisher image and Yarmouth image, where strength and safety are the top priorities and are never compromised.
